Requests to be removed from the directory will be honoured, but must be made in writing, on your company letterhead. Nothing at this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any image, trademark, logo, or service mark at the site. No act of downloading or otherwise copying from this site will transfer title to any software, data, or material at this site to you.

Extracting data from this site and storing it in any electronic medium, especially for use in any commercial directory or business application, is a violation of Irish and EU law, including the Unfair Data Extraction Act. Free Listing Services

Business and organisational listing services are provided at no charge, unless you elect to upgrade to a paid listing. Free listings are offered in perpetuity, meaning that we will not invoice you for them at a later date. We are aware of unscrupulous business practices (scams) that try to misrepresent free directory listings, and we assure you that your listings are truly free.

Our free listing services are offered with the understanding and consideration that you are entering into a simple business relationship with iMedia Revenue whereby you provide information about your business and we publish that information in the directory for marketing purposes. Thi agreement complies in full with the original terms of the ReachSoft license, as conveyed to the previous directory administrator, AllEire Ltd. (now no longer trading).

You may elect to add your email address or fax number to your free listing. However, in order to protect you from spam and to protect our database from unfair data extraction, we do not display email or fax data. We may charge a nominal fee to allow site visitors or companies to access your email or fax record.

We offer the following exchange of consideration for those businesses and organisations that manage their own company data using the online forms provided in the directory:

1. We agree to publish listings containing email or fax ahead of other free listings, so that such listings receive priority placement.
2. We agree to publish listings with details maintained by the company itself ahead of other listings, as company-maintained listings are deemed most accurate.
3. You agree that we may contact you with offers from ourselves or our affiliates or clients, at a rate not to exceed five email or fax messages per week.
4. We agree to conduct all email and fax campaigns in a responsible manner, following EU and US laws and regulations, while making an effort to ensure that mailings are targeted, relevant, and suitable to our audience.

While we reserve the right to market to the directory, it it worth noting that from 2010 through 2011 we conducted only 6 campaigns to small targeted audiences, sometimes only within one county. We will never spam the directory, and never will we market inappropriate (including lewd or demeaning) products or services. All products or services will be from legitimate businesses, usually from our member community.

Material to be Consulted in its Entirety

All materials at this site are meant to be reviewed in their entirety, including any footnotes, legal disclaimers, restrictions or disclosures, and any copyright or proprietary notices. Any disclaimers, restrictions, disclosure or hedge clauses apply to any partial document or material in the same manner as they do the whole, and will be deemed incorporated in the portion of any material or document that you consult or download.

Applicable Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of Ireland, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law. Issues arising from the actions of parties in the United States may be held accountable to the substantive and procedural laws of the United States, State of North Carolina.
